P5 had a great day celebrating World Book Day on Thursday 4th March! They were encouraged to create their costumes or characters using recycled and junk art materials. We then participated in a wonderful Literacy lesson based on the books of Oliver Jeffers, this linking to our Belfast WAU topic but also as Oliver Jeffers has a very special connection to our school! We even wondered had he sat in our classroom when he was P5! A great effort by all in Primary 5! ⭐️🥰📚
