We were delighted to welcome Mr Irvine from Blessed Trinity College along with some of his students to Primary 5 and Primary 6 last week for an action packed day of science.
Our Primary 6 pupils took part in the exciting ‘Bottle Rocket Challenge’ as part of their flight topic. They had such fun launching their rockets high into the sky and there was great competition to see whose rocket travelled the furthest distance.
Our Primary 5 pupils explored the fascinating world of rainforests through hands on experiments with acids and alkalis. The day was a huge success and it is something we look forward to arranging again in the future. Thank you to Mr Irvine and his students for such a wonderful day of science fun and learning.
