Primary 7 U11 EDCO Cup Vs Holy Cross Boys' PS.

27th Nov 2024

The boys in Primary 7 took on Holy Cross Boys in the 2nd round of the U11 at a bitterly cold yet sun-kissed Waterworks 3G. This was the second time in a matter of weeks that the two schools had met each other in football competitions.

The game started in a very competitive manner with the boys from both teams showing their commitment in tackling and chasing down their opponents. As the game progressed, Holy Cross began to assert their authority and were more clinical in finishing the chances they created.

With Holy Cross leading at half time, the second half started in the same fashion with committed tackling and chances being created by both teams. Holy Cross again proved to be just that little bit more composed and were able to close out the game to ensure that they progressed to the next round.

A great game with excellent commitment and skills evident on both teams. Well done Holy Cross Boys and good luck in the next round.
