Primary 7 Residential - Ganaway 2025

The boys and girls from Primary 7 went on their long awaited residential trip on Thursday 12th June to the multi-activity facility at Ganaway, Co. Down. Only a short distance from North Belfast but feeling like a million miles away, the children enjoyed an action pack day and a half of activities that included zip-lining, team building, the leap of faith, archery, rock climbing and many more.

We were lucky to avoid the bad weather and packed in a full day of activities before the rain arrived which unfortunately cancelled the evening beach walk. Thankfully, the facility has an abundance of resources available which allowed the children to be well entertained. 

The excellent care shown to us by the leaders of Ganaway and the fantastic food and sleeping facilities culminated in a lifelong memory for all of the children. Well done to all of the children who were wonderful ambassadors for our school with their manners and behaviour.
