The boys and girls began their badminton activities as they start this new term and the beginning of our ‘Games’ lessons. The children focussed on gripping the racket correctly, forehand, backhand and overhead striking. Following on from this, the children then took part in a series of balancing challenges before finishing off with different striking drills.
