P5 trip to the Ulster Museum

To finish off our Ancient Egypt topic, P5 visited the Ulster Museum to take part in an Ancient Egyptian workshop and view some real life artefacts from over 2000 years ago! We were very lucky to be able to get to up close to canopic jars, jewellery, materials for creating make up and of course, Takabuti, the Mummy! A brilliant day was had by everyone and the Museum Educators were so impressed by our Primary 5’s knowledge of Ancient Egyptian times!
