P5 braved the rainy weather to take part in some gardening activities with the ladies from Kindergarden Cooks. We dug up weeds from our class planter, and then planted our own camomile plant into flower pots. Lastly we had a look at a wormery, noticing the layers within the box and how the worms work their ‘magic’ to turn food scraps into compost! A super day in the outdoors learning so much about how ecosystems work! ☘️🌺🌴
