P5 Egyptian Day

P5 celebrated their Ancient Egypt WAU topic by having an Egyptian Day! We enjoyed a carousel of activities, ranging from weaving, clay pottery making, dressing up like a Pharoah and mummy, to an archeological dig of Ancient Egyptian artefacts. To round the days activities off, we made an Egyptian axe to defend the Nile from attackers! A fabulous day was had by everyone, taking a deep dive into our topic, with some very active learning!
