Our P4s enjoyed a fantastic World War Two Day in school! Throughout the day they explored museum artefacts from the era, learned about different types of ammunition and discovered what life was like for children during the war. They enjoyed playing traditional games from the time, practised army drills and even tested their bravery with commando crawls through a bunker! They also got creative by designing and making their own medals. It was a brilliant day of hands-on learning and the children had an absolute ball!
