Our Primary 4s became sound scientists during their first STEM investigation! Using cup-and-string telephones, they explored how sound moves from one person to another. They discovered that when the string is pulled tight, sound travels clearly—but when it’s loose, the message gets lost! Through experimenting, discussing and testing their ideas, pupils learned how vibrations help sound travel 🗣️📞👩🏽🔬🧑🏼🔬👍
