Our P4 classes had a wonderful time celebrating World Book Day 2026 with a special visit to the Chichester library. The children took part in a fantastic workshop with author, Ashwin Chacko, who read one of his books and shared how he brings his stories to life.
After the reading, Ashwin led the children in a fun illustration session where they learned how to create their own characters. There were lots of giggles as each class thought about all the different features and characteristics their character might have! The children loved getting creative and bringing their ideas to life on paper. It was a brilliant, laughter-filled way to celebrate books, stories and imagination.
