Mrs McCallion’s class had a fantastic morning with Aware NI through the "Me and My Mind" programme. Pupils learned that while feelings can be tricky, talking about them makes a huge difference. The session focused on building resilience, noticing emotions, and the power of connection. Thanks to Alison for helping our students grow their emotional awareness and confidence!
