Chinese New Year
30th Jan 2026
Our P4s had a wonderful day celebrating Chinese New Year. In the morning, the Confucius Institute, treated the pupils to an exciting and colourful performance, giving them a glimpse into traditional Chinese music, dance and culture.
In the afternoon, the children took part in a fun art workshop where they created their own adorable Zodiac animals — from pigs and chickens to dragons and more. The pupils loved getting creative and learning about the symbols and stories behind each animal. It was a fab day of learning, culture and creativity! 🐉 🧧🐎🥳
