BPSFA U10 Cup Vs Stranmillis PS

The boys from Primary 6 took on Stranmillis PS in the quarter finals of the U10 cup on a cold but sunny day at St Malachy's College. In an extremely close fought battle both teams displayed great skills and commitment from start to finish. 

In the first half, excellent defensive tackling was evident on both sides with defenders in the two teams making timely tackles to deny their opponents, and goal keepers showing fabulous reactions to avoid conceding any goals. The first half finished goalless. 

The second half was again much of the same with both teams defending superbly and attacking when the opportunity arose. With the game heading for extra-time, Stranmillis managed to nick the only goal of the game. With the lead taken, Stranmillis managed to see out the rest of the game and secure their passage to the next round of the cup.
