Belfast City Council Victoria Park Relay 2024

The boys and girls from Primary 6 & 7 took part in the second running of the Victoria Park Relay event. Having taken part in the school trials, 16 boys and girls competed in teams of 4 to complete two full laps of a 2km circuit. 

The girls lead the way with their heats being held first which meant the boys were able to cheer them on and also try to stay warm whilst they waited for their event. 

On completion of the girls' competition, it was their turn to keep warm and cheer on the boys during their two heats. The children put in fantastic individual efforts to contribute to the team and conducted themselves in an impeccable manner whilst acting as ambassadors for our school 

A massive well done to all the children who tried out and to those who represented the school.
