We were absolutely delighted to welcome the very talented music teachers from the EA Music Service to our school for a wonderful Christmas performance under the guidance of Therese Mc Kinney. They were joined by our very own music teachers Mrs Larmour and Mr Alford, who also performed and added to what was a truly special occasion.
The musicians treated everyone to a beautiful selection of festive music and it was a fantastic experience not only for the children but for staff too, to enjoy such talent and live music together. The children were completely engaged and thoroughly enjoyed every moment.
We were especially proud to welcome past pupil Neil Og Martin, who began learning the cello in Primary 4. Seeing his musical journey and hearing him perform was incredibly inspiring for our pupils and showed them what can be achieved through hard work and a love of music.
We are incredibly grateful to all the talented musicians for sharing their time, skills and Christmas cheer with us.
